My Impossible List

Here at Betterfocused, our mission statement is to promote a true understanding of positivity and fulfilment. One thing that comes as a result of being positive and fulfilled is that you start to quickly achieve the things that you set out to achieve.

One thing that starts to happen is that the impossible starts to feel very, very possible.

This is where the Impossible List comes in. This, similar to a bucket list, is a list of things that I personally plan to achieve. But they aren’t just small goals – instead they are rather ‘impossible’.

The creator of the concept of the Impossible List is the phenomenal Joel Runyon, who states that ’the impossible list is a challenge. This list of impossible things contains all the things I ever thought I couldn’t do because it was “impossible.” The sort of things that I assumed the cool guys on TV only ever got to do. The things I never thought that I would be able to do.’

Don’t consider this list as bragging, in fact, it’s actually the opposite – it’s a chance for me to be humbly honest and open with the Betterfocused community to show that I too am on the journey and am writing from my own research, experiments and experiences…

…it also keeps me from just binging House of Cards episodes 😂

Although very personal, having a list like this public and out there gives accountability and weight to the list. It gives the list more focus. So after looking at my list, consider making your own and Betterfocused!
